The newly added NCD plans come from the following countries: Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Azerbeijan, Belgium, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Canada, Cape Verde, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Eritrea, Georgia, Indonesia, Kuwait, Lao PDR, Lesotho, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Morroco and Seychelles.
