Session 1: Setting the Stage: ICCP ECHO Program Orientation

- To facilitate introductions and relationship building among Country Teams and ICCP Partners
- To understand the purpose of the ICCP ECHO Program
- To become familiar with the approach, session format and topics, and evaluation of the ICCP ECHO Program
- To have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any aspect of participant involvement in the ICCP ECHO Program

Session objectives
- To understand the key success factors of a NCCP Implementation Plan
- To learn about different strategies to engage stakeholders in implementing your NCCP

Session 4: Building Partnerships and Engaging Partners in NCCP Implementation
Session objectives:
1. Identify essential partners for NCCP implementation and strategies for recruiting additional partners
2. Discuss the importance of an accountability framework and assigning roles and responsibilities for NCCP implementation
3. Identify ways of building political will for plan implementation, and engaging advocates

Session 5: Resource Sharing
Session objectives:
1. To share technical resources from ICCP, its partners and Country Teams that support NCCP implementation

Session 6: NCCP Costing, Prioritizing and Resource Mobilization
Session objectives:
1. Identify key considerations in a country’s effort to estimate, allocate and mobilize resources needed for NCCP implementation.
2. Provide up to date information about resources available to develop a budget for an NCCP, and how to access those resources.
3. Identify decision makers and advocates to assist with resource mobilization and allocation for NCCP implementation priorities.

Session 7: Using Data to Monitor and Evaluate NCCPs
Session objectives:
1. Share key data, systems and tools used to monitor and evaluate NCCPs
2. Learn about methods for setting baselines and targets in NCCPs
3. Identify ways to assess NCCP implementation progress and share results

Session 8: Improving Service Delivery Through Integration of NCCP Efforts with Other Health Programs and Systems
Session objectives:
1. Identify opportunities to leverage non-communicable disease (NCD) and other health programs, systems, and data sets to deliver quality cancer care.
2. Identify strategies to assess cancer care services to better understand gaps, needs and opportunities for integration to improve cancer services.
3. Learn about challenges and solutions in collaborating with partners to integrate cancer strategies across programs, health care delivery systems and data systems.
