Description of the campaign: 
The “Your skin never forgets” campaign from 2011and 2012 is a part of the “Turn off the Sunbeds” initiative. The target group of the campaign is 15-25 year old Danes and the main massage is “turn of the sunbeds, your skin never forgets”. The campaign aims to reduce the amount of skin cancer and melanoma cases by communicating the connection between UV-exposure from sunbeds and skin cancer/melanoma. The purpose of the “Your skin never forgets” campaign is to show how your skin is affected by UV-exposure and how wrinkly you’ll get with unhealthy sun habits. Our studies prior to the campaign showed that young people are more concerned with getting wrinkly and old than the risk of getting skin cancer one day.
