World Cancer Research Fund released their third Expert Report, titled Diet, Nutrition, Physical Activity and Cancer: a Global Perspective, which assesses the past decade of cancer prevention research and the links between diet, nutrition, physical activity and cancer.

Providing the most up-to-date information on reducing cancer risk, the report is a crucial resource for policy makers and everyone working in cancer prevention.

"Some of the new findings include five more cancers linked to obesity and strengthened evidence that it is unlikely that specific foods or nutrients are important single factors in causing or protecting against cancer. Instead, different patterns of diet and physical activity throughout life combine to make you more or less susceptible to cancer."
