New NCCP and cervical cancer elimination strategies added to the portal

The ICCP Portal has been updated with three new national cancer control resources:

• Kazakhstan: Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan 2023-2027 (In Russian)
• Mozambique: National Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy 2022-2030 (in Portuguese)
• Vanuatu: National Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy 2026-2035

These additions further strengthen the Portal's collection of national cancer control plans and elimination strategies from around the world, providing valuable examples of countries' efforts to prevent cancer, improve access to care, and advance cancer control
