The NCCP addresses all stages of cancer control, from health literacy and prevention to palliative care, through measurable actions that improve population outcomes. It spans community and hospital services, involving diverse health professionals, and reflects a shared commitment between government and health sector partners to ensure equitable, affordable, and high-quality cancer care for Samoa.
